Guangzhou Panyu Huanan Energy Co., Ltd. (“Huanan Energy”) is an energy
resource import company specialized in trading gasoline, diesel, base oil,
lubricants, petroleum coke, and timber. Since
its establishment in 2006 with 30 million yuan registered capital, the company
has grown exponentially owing to the team’s expertise in international trading
and fundraising. The trust Huanan Energy has built among its global
clients and partners has prompted the call for its expansion beyond its Guangzhou
headquarters. Huanan Energy has established
offices in Cambodia and Xinjiang since 2014 to meet its clients’ surging demand. In 2013, Huanan Energy reached 2 billion yuan (USD 319m) in revenue. Even though the oil price
dropped dramatically in 2014, Huanan Energy was able to retain its healthy
growth in 2014, growing to 3.5 billion yuan (USD 559m) in revenue.
Huanan Energy is a fully-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Huazhong Group
Co., Ltd. (“Huazhong Group”), a renowned private holding group with diverse lines
of business, encompassing energy resource
trading, car sales, the development, manufacturing, processing, and sales of
motor vehicle parts, electric cars, polycarbonate films, cross-border e-commerce,
logistics, and tourism. Huazhong

Huaye Electric Car Technology Co., Ltd.
Huanan Energy has its foothold in Guangzhou, home to the biggest and most
resourceful port in southern China.
Through years of cultivation, Huanan Energy has established a comprehensive
sales network in the region and a sophisticated business model. The
company has set up offices in the three most strategic free-trade zones in
southern China—Qianhai, Shenzhen; Hengqin, Zhuhai; and Nansha, Guangzhou. Huanan Energy partners with established
state-own enterprises such as China National Petroleum Corporation, Guangdong
Materials Group Company, Konka Group, Wanbao, Zhuhai Port Shares Co., Ltd., CNOOC & CRM Oil Marketing Co., Ltd.,
and Hualu Holdings Co., Ltd. to produce and distribute three categories of
products:
1.
Gasoline and diesel;
2.
Lubricant and base oil;
3.
Petroleum coke.
Apart from having a broad distribution network, Huanan Energy has also
established a strong platform for commodity imports in order to give our
customers a supply guarantee. Huanan
Energy imports not only industrial raw materials such as cut-back asphalt and polycyclic
aromatic hydrocarbons, but also highly demanded consumer stables such as timber
and milk, which the company sold in China as an exclusive sales agent, through
joint ventures, or on our cross-border e-commerce platform (Huanan Energy is one
of the only three authorized cross-border e-commerce agents in Guangzhou). Capitalizing on our geographical advantage
and diverse services, Huanan Energy strives to build a solid and comprehensive
capital and trading platform for our customers and partners.
Huanan Energy and Guangdong Guangken Rubber Group Co., Ltd. have partnered with China National Complete Plant Import & Export Corporation (Group) to expand a development project on 60,000 hectare of forest. Through advanced forest management, wood processing, and rubber plantation, the joint venture enhances the value of the land. It maximizes the value of the wood by using its different parts to produce redwood furniture, pellet fuel, wood based activated carbon, and other fuel resources. Huanan Energy furthers its resource advantage by undertaking joint ventures with various renowned redwood furniture brands to offer customers affordable yet high-quality redwood furniture. Huanan Energy endeavors to establish a modern redwood furniture brand that offers customers style and comfort at a competitive price.
Xinjiang is a strategic energy base for China. It has the largest natural gas and coal reserves and is the only route through which Russia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan export their energy to China. Xinjiang’s economic expansion hence has garnered consistent financial and political support from the central government. Huanan Energy has established an office in Xinjiang to capture its strategic importance. With partners such as CNPC, Huanan Energy contracts local manufacturers to process its resources and sells the products in the local market. As Xinjiang’s crude oil is high in calcium, Huanan Energy intends to expand its businesses by investing in decalcification equipment and selling the petroleum products to CNPC’s refineries.
Huanan Energy attracts a variety of talents due to its large scope of business. Its management team possesses rich experience in various industries, including petroleum, forestry, investment, finance, and accounting.
Huanan Energy’s rapid expansion and diversified businesses create an
unparalleled platform for talents who seek to catapult their career. Huanan Energy emphasizes not only team
members’ analytical skill and creative thinking but also their personal
development. While members give full play to their
professional knowledge in their department, the company also encourages members
